2014 Mercedes-Benz/Freightliner Sprinter Van 3500 High Roof 144 WB

It is not a surprise to see the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 Cargo Van win its third Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America award in a row. The Sprinter’s reputation for low cost-of-ownership shone through, topping the completion in 12 of 20 lifecycle cost scenarios measured, helped by the lowest fuel costs in its class and competitive depreciation and insurance costs. Runner-up honors went to the Ram ProMaster, with the lowest lifecycle costs in the 5-year scenarios, and the GMC Sierra 3500 which demonstrated strength for the low annual mileage users.

The Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America award is based the vehicle's performance over multiple annual mileages (10k, 15k, 20k, 25k, and 30k)  and multiple lengths of ownership (24, 36, 48 and 60 months). The chart shown above reflects results from three years of ownership at 20,000 miles per year.
