2014 Toyota Rav4 LE 4D Utility FWD

After being edged out by the Nissan Rogue in 2013, the 2014 Toyota RAV4 is back in the winner's circle, bringing home its 2nd Vincentric Best Fleet Value in Canada award. This segment saw tight competition, with the RAV4 showing lowest ownership costs in 14 lifecycle cost scenarios. The Mid-Level Compact Crossover segment has tightened up significantly since 2012, when the RAV4 won all 24 lifecycle scenarios measured. 

 

Cost-of-Ownership compared to Segment Averages

The Vincentric Best Fleet Value in Canada award is based on the vehicle's performance over multiple annual distances (15k, 25k, 30k, 40k, 50K and 60k) and multiple lengths of ownership (24, 36, 48 and 60 months). The chart shown above reflects results from three years of ownership at 30,000 kilometers per year.
